Lorraine Halling – Lottery Manager

Lorraine Halling is responsible for the legal business and financial side of operating and promoting TLC.

Each Friday, Lorraine telephones our £1,000 winner, so if you are lucky enough to win, she is the face behind the voice.

Lorraine’s aim is to make TLC the first choice charity lottery in Birmingham, the Black Country and the West Midlands, raising essential funds for our Three Local Charities.

Lorraine is the longest serving member of our full-time team – what she doesn’t know about TLC isn’t worth knowing!

Tim Bett – Accountant (part time)

Taking care of our accounts is Tim Bett.

Having retired early as FD at British Gas, Tim started out as a volunteer with Acorns before coming on board at TLC for our very first draw in 1997.

Tim now comes into the TLC office for a couple of days or so per month, providing valuable support for Lorraine.

Rachel Bacchus – Administrator

Rachel Bacchus may be the first voice you hear when you call the TLC Office. Rachel supports Lorraine with the day to day administration of the Lottery.
